The Chrono Slayer is a time travelling assassin who targets the Doctor Donna. Initially an underling of the Chrononatrix, the Slayer's modus operandi is to eliminate key figures in the Web of Time as per her Mistress' wish to pervert the course of history. Her signature is the D-Mace, which she uses to slay her prey.
