Skouros is an unimaginably powerful being of unknown motivation. It is best known as the entity responsible for the destruction of the Time Lock, and the subsequent release of the Last Great Time War and all of its horrors. The Doctor and Sir Peter of Burgonshire encountered this entity.
Description[]
Skouros is a Void Dragon, an extremely powerful race only a tier below the Guardians themselves. They are occasionally encountered by inferior beings, but anyone meeting such a being will walk away a different person, if they do so at all.
Personality[]
Motivations for a being as separate and inconceivable as Skouros are unclear. The entitiy claims to care about humanity and the other races of the universe, but it is unclear whether this is true, false, or an approximation of the truth created so lesser minds could comprehend its true nature.
